Videos

Below you will find links to five videos. The first video presents three different self-help techniques (habit reversal training, decoupling, and decoupling in sensu) designed to reduce body-focused repetitive behaviors. The next three videos explain these three techniques one by one (this is especially helpful if you want to watch one technique more than once). The final video presents our habit replacement self-help approach. We suggest you read the short description of this technique before watching the video.
